De la Obra al Tablero y del Tablero a la Obra.
Marcelo Pieretto nació el 18 de abril de 1971 en una familia de constructores inmigrantes de Italia que se fueron profesionalizando y viendo el arte de construir desde distintos lugares.
Arquitecto argentino egresado de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de Buenos Aires. Emprendedor, profesional apasionado de la arquitectura, materializa las ideas interpretando el contexto para lograr un proyecto funcional y de diseño que cumpla con las necesidades y expectativas de cada cliente.
Analizar el entorno y la orientación es siempre una idea rectora para el estudio, como también la utilización de materiales nobles que aseguren la facilidad de mantenimiento.
Comenzó su carrera como constructor desde muy joven. A partir de 1996 abre su empresa constructora donde realiza obras en forma independiente, especializándose en Casas, Viviendas Multifamiliares, Edificios de Oficinas, Hotelería e Industrial.
Luego de desempeñarse a principios del 2000 en una empresa constructora como responsable de la realización de casas de alta calidad es que decide en el año 2005 poner en marcha en sociedad su primer Estudio de Arquitectura y Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, el cual lleva ya construidas más de cincuenta obras en la Provincia de Buenos Aires de distintos estilos y escalas.
Marcelo Pieretto Arq. es un estudio integrado por un grupo multidisciplinario para ofrecer proyectos integrales con metodología llave en mano. Forman parte del staff el Arq. Roberto O´Brien como Asociado. Colaboraron con el estudio: Arq. Marcel Gabriela, Arq. Yadarola Mauricio, Arq. Todorovich Julieta, Arq. Szarko Eliana, Arq. Gabriel Bentivegna, Arq. Luciana Grimaldi.
From the Work to the Board and from the Board to the Work.
Marcelo Pieretto was born on April 18, 1971 in a family of builders immigrants from Italy who became professionalized and saw the art of building from different places.
Argentine architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of Buenos Aires. Entrepreneur, professional passionate about architecture, materializes ideas by interpreting the context to achieve a functional project and design that meets the needs and expectations of each client.
Analyzing the environment and orientation is always a guiding idea for the study, as also the use of noble materials that ensure ease of maintenance.
He began his career as a builder at a very young age. As of 1996 it opened a construction company where you carry out works independently, specializing in Houses, Multifamily Housing, Office Buildings, Hotel and Industrial facilities.
After working in the early 2000s in a construction company responsible for the realization of high quality houses, he decided in the year 2005 to launch in society its first Architecture Studio and Real Estate Developments, which has already built more than fifty works in the Province of Buenos Aires of different styles and scales.
Marcelo Pieretto Arqs is a study made up of a multidisciplinary group to offer comprehensive projects with a turnkey methodology hand. Architect Roberto O’Brien is part of the staff as Associate.
